1. Q. Why The AccuDial Alternative is better than other programs? A. The AccuDial Alternative is a Dial-Around Long-Distance Plan that can be used as a Calling Card at the same low rate when on the road using your user defined PIN number. There are no surcharges, no commitments, and no minimums. AccuDial Long Distance products provide the lowest rate you will find without any hidden fees.

2. Q. What type of Phone Lines are used? A. We use all Digital Fiber Optics on all of our Phones Lines

3. Q.How does the flat rate work? A. When you make a call from anywhere in the 48 US States to the 48 US States, your rate will be 5.9¢ per minute anytime all-the-time.

4. Q. What are my Payment Options? A. The only payment option is Credit Card billing.

5. Q. What is the Credit Limit for? A. The Credit Limit is the amount of credit we extend to you for the billing cycle. You are able to choose your credit limit amount. This is the total amount that can be charged during your billing cycle.

6. Q. How much to set up an account? A. The Activation fee is $1.00 per Pin Number(Max $5.00).

7. Q. What is QuickDial? A. QuickDial allows you to bypass having to enter your pin number from a designated phone number. Here's how it works:
A) You give us a phone number from where you Place many of your long-distance calls from.
B) We program your phone number into our system.(Up to 3 Phone Numbers per Pin)
C) When you dial the toll-free access number to make a call, our system will automatically recognize your account and enter your 11-digit PIN for you.
*Do not use from a PBX phone system, dorm room, or shared phone lines.

8. Q. How do I use your Service? A.
A) Dial our Toll-free Access number.
B) Enter your Pin Number
C) Dial the number you are calling (011 + country code + number for international call)

9. Q. Is this a prepaid calling card? A. AccuDial is a Postpaid Service. You only pay for the calls you make and if you do not use our service during the billing cycle there is no monthly fee.

10. Q. Will I receive a Bill? A. We currently do not support the mailing of paper statements for AccuDial.

11. Q. Can I view Bills Online? A. You can view your bill online quick and easy. Call records are updated daily so you can view your call records within 2-3 business days of making the call. This allows you to monitor your account and see what is being charged.

12. Q. When can I start using my account? A. You will receive your Information Packet with 7-10 business days.

 

13.Q. How can I get my PIN Number? A. Your PIN Number will be mailed to you for security reasons.

15. Q. How much to call the United States from Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska? A. To Originate a call to U.S. from Canada is 29.8¢ a minute, Hawaii is 15.8¢ a minute, and Alaska is 24.8¢ a minute.


 

16. Q. Are there any Surcharges, Connection Fees or Hidden charges? A. No. We only charge $1 each month if you have usage for that current month. 30 Cent payphone fee may apply.

17. Q. What is the Payphone Fee For? A. The FCC requires us to reimburse the payphone Owners. This is 30 Cents per call from a payphone.

18. Q. What is the USF fee? A. In May of 1997, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) adopted rules that mandated that telecommunications carriers pay into a federal program called the Universal Service Fund (USF). This fund helps provide affordable telecommunications services for low-income customers and customers in rural areas. It also provides discounts on Internet access for eligible schools, libraries and rural health care providers. The USF is collected from telecommunications carriers and administered by the Universal Service Administration Corporation. They are responsible for disbursing the funds according to eligibility criteria established by the FCC.

If you ever become dissatisfied with the service for any reason, you can cancel at any time and return to your previous carrier. We want to earn your long-distance business everyday!
